Charles West is your all around good guy - volunteers on the weekends, spends time with his two nieces, and helps fix computer problems as the network administrator for Freeman Publishing. You could say his good karma levels are off the chart. Just ask the Karma Police, a secret organization who has been monitoring him, and others, to punish the bad and reward the good. So when Charles is secretly recruited as a Level 1 agent, he welcomes the opportunity to spice up his life and get closer to his KP recruiter, Shelley.
However, when Shelley assigns Charles to help monitor Barrington Freeman - Freeman Publishing CEO and Charles' brother-in-law - Charles is confronted with a decision that hits close to home. Will Charles spy on a member of his own family? Does karma always catch up with you in the end?
Exploring themes of consequence and morality, Karma Police begs the question: should you live like someone's watching? In this age of surveillance and reality television, Karma Police brings to the forefront the corrupting nature of striving to know too much.
